The 2024 annual meeting will be a productive celebratory event for supplier members and distributor principal members. Set in gorgeous Napa, members will recharge, reconnect and be reenergized. Our goal is for every member to leave empowered with tools to optimize and grow business.
Registration is open to designated principal members, distributor sales representatives and management representatives. The agenda has been curated to architect three balanced productive days. Members interested in bringing family or guests are invited to do so.

FAQs
What is required to check in?
A government-issued photo identification and a valid credit card to authorize for incidentals.
Can I bring my family?
Yes, you may bring family or a guest. If they want to be included in any of the 6 meals that are organized by PG, the cost is $800.00 per person.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, you may extend your stay and receive the PG rate on room (based on hotel availability) up to 3 days prior to and after the event.
If you would like to add additional days complete registration first for event days and then email [email protected] to request availability and rate for any additional nights you would like to reserve. These will be confirmed based on availability.
What if I cannot attend for the entire time?
If you plan to stay SHORTER than the 3 nights, please contact [email protected] to arrange for a specialized registration link as the registration costs vary based on the number of people per room and length of stay.
