The 2025 annual meeting will be a productive celebratory event for supplier members and distributor principal members. Set in Asheville, North Carolina, members will recharge, reconnect and be reenergized. Our goal is for every member to leave empowered with tools to optimize and grow business.
Registration is open to designated principal members, distributor sales representatives and management representatives. The agenda has been curated to architect three balanced productive days. Members interested in bringing family or guests are invited to do so.

Where are member one on one meetings?
What do registration costs include?
Registration costs include the following for each registrant:
– Room accommodations, taxes, fees and gratuities (April 27 – 30, 2025
– Eight meals (Opening reception, Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner on Monday and Tuesday, Breakfast on Wednesday).
– All conference costs
What is the supplier subsidy and how is it calculated?
Each year PG and suppliers split the cost for 2 salespeople from each distributor company to attend the annual meeting. (Distributor Principals pay their full registration and airfare for all attendees. Hotel and conf fees are split by PG and suppliers)We base the subsidy amount on each suppliers last year’s sales in the group. See breakdown below.
Based on Previous Year Annual Sales
Less than $500K annual sales in group = $1000
$500K – $1M annual sales in group – $2000
$1M -$5M annual sales in group – $3000
Above $ 5M annual sales in group – $4000
What is required to check in?
A government-issued photo identification and a valid credit card to authorize for incidentals.
If you choose to use a debit card at the time of check-in, an immediate deduction from your bank account for $150 per night for incidentals will be made. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer to process this transaction to your account.
Can I bring my family?
Where is the closest airport?
The nearest airport to The Omni Grove Park Inn is the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) which is 17 miles away.
Private transportation to and from the airport is NOT included in your registration.
Please arrange for your own transportation to and from the airport.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, you may extend your stay and receive the PG rate on room (based on hotel availability) up to 3 days prior to and after the event.
If you would like to add additional days complete registration first for event days and then email [email protected] to request availability and rate for any additional nights you would like to reserve. These will be confirmed based on availability.
What if I cannot attend for the entire time?
If you plan to stay SHORTER than the 3 nights, please contact [email protected] to arrange for a specialized registration link as the registration costs vary based on the number of people per room and length of stay.
